Returns & Exchanges:
- We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any custom made to order items.
- We will accept returns on non-custom items provided you contact us with a valid reason for the return within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days upon receipt.
- Items must be unused and not abused, unwashed, odor- free, clean and in new condition with original tags attached.
- Postage will not be refunded for delivery or returns.
- Please verify the accuracy and spelling of any information you provide for shipping purposes as well as any which will be included in the items you purchase for custom orders. Please also ensure that you order the correct size and color, when applicable.
- If an item is defective on our part, we will replace it, where possible. Keep in mind that most of our items are one of a kind and we may no longer have the same fabrics or materials available. In these cases, we will work with you to provide alternate selections
- Refunds will be processed via PayPal.
